2. What are the states that were suggested to become the place for the capital?
3. Who started the plans for new capital?
4. Why didn't that person finish the plans for the White House?
5. Who ended finishing the capital?
6. What was the capital called?
7. Which one was the first building built in Washington D.C?
8. In front of what river is the White House?
9. Why would it be important for a house in this time period to be built near a river?
