REMINDER FOR JUNE 22 AND 23

SECOND GRADE END OF YEAR PARTY!!

-Please send your child with $3 for pizza and also a snack for the class. Check below for the list.


cookies: Table 1, 2 ,3

drinks ( juice box or small water bottles-NO SODA PLEASE): Table 4 and 5

chips: Table 6

* No uniform, BUT DRESS UP! Awards ceremony in church.


TUESDAY JUNE 23

-Last day of school. Report cards will be give. Dismissal at 1pm. NO AFTERSCHOOL!

-Dress up clothes- 8th grade graduation in church.

REMINDERS AND HOMEWORK FOR WEEK OF JUNE 15-19

REMINDERS


1. Half a day on Thursday June 18 and Friday June 19.

2. Monday  June 15 is Social Studies Final Exam

3. Tuesday June 16 is reading and math final exam.

4. Wednesday June 17 is ELA final exam.

5. Thursday June 18 is Science Final Exam

6. Map A Month (4th grade only) due June 17. If not by then it is a ZERO.

7.  Second graders and some fourth graders received a paper where they began a drawing of what they saw at the One World Observatory. The image is to be sent back to the observatory, with the back filled out by the parent grating permission. Please send back by Tuesday June 16. I will send them all out Tuesday afternoon.

REMINDERS AND HOMEWORK FOR WEEK OF JUNE 7-13

REMINDERS


1. No school on June 12.

2. All students received their study guides last week.

3. Map A Month (4th grade only) due June 17. If not by then it is a ZERO.

4. Third grade is doing a collection for which they need $5 by Wednesday June 10.

5. Second graders and some fourth graders will receive a paper where they drew an image on what they saw at the Observatory. In order to send these images back , the parents must fill out the back of the paper in its entirety. This will be given back on Tuesday June 10 and it is due by Thursday June 12.

-Read chapter 18-21 from Because of Winn Dixie over the 4 day weekend. Make sure you study as well. Book will be discussed after the final exam.
