Natural resources: something found in the environment that people can use.

renewable resources: a resource that can be renewed or replace.

nonrenewable resource: a resource that cannot be renewed or replaced.

economy: the way people use or produce goods.

conservation: the careful use of our natural resources.

region: an area that has features that set it apart from other areas.

history: the study of the past.

port: a place where ships can load and unload their goods.

gorge: narrow , deep valleys with steep rocky sides.
