5. figurative language: language that uses words or expressions with a meaning that is different from the literal interpretatio
Social Studies vocabulary words Unit 2, week 2
1. need: something that you must have to live. Ex. shelter, food
2. want: something that you like , but don't need to live. ex. toy
3. necessities: something needed for a desired result.
4. luxuries: something not needed, but wanted for comfort. Ex. a sports car.
