Midterm

The review guide for 2nd, 3rd , and 4th grade have been posted since the Christmas break. Please make sure that you are going over this information with your child at home. This week I personally checked the second grade reading notebooks for the reading vocabulary words and the notes on skills that will be on the test. I also wrote in their notebooks what they words they need to get and what notes they were missing. Please check your child's notebook in order to help them find the words that they need. Some third graders notebooks have been checked and will be continued to be checked tomorrow. The fourth graders went over the material needed and were asked to mark the pages in their notebooks with the reading vocabulary that they need as well as the skills in reading. They were also instructed to mark the page in their notebooks that have the notes on the must know questions that were posted on the review guide for social studies.

The social studies exam will be on January 21 for all three grades and the reading exam will be on January 25. Please look through you child's notebook  to check any notes from myself or any list of notes that they have made of missing words. The definition for the reading vocabulary words are located in the glossary of the reading textbook.
