REMINDERS, LESSON PLANS AND VOCABULARY FOR WEEK OF NOVEMBER 20-24

REMINDERS

1.HOMEWORK SCHEDULE: It is posted by each individual teacher. Make sure to check http://olqmnyc-msramsey.blogspot.com/ for science (for 2nd grade) and social studies (for 3rd grade) and http://olqmnyc-mrbadia.blogspot.com/ for 2nd and 3rd grade math.

2. VOCABULARY WORDS - Words are given in class with definition, but they will be found in the links at the end of this post, in case any student has missed the words by the end of Monday. Words will be added as we learn new vocabulary words.

3.MATERIALS: ALL students need at least 3 sharpened pencils. There is a sharpener in the classroom, but it must be used in the morning, not throughout class. Second grade nees pencils to use in class. Please send pencils in with your child

4.UPCOMING EVENTS
-Monday November 20- 2nd and 3rd grade Thanksgiving Presentation- Have students dress up.
-Monday November 20- Report cards will be handed out.
-Tuesday November 21- Half a day- 12 O'clock dismissal.
-Tuesday November 21- Parent-teacher conference from 3-8pm
-Wednesday November 22- Thanksgiving Mass at 9am.
-Thursday November 23-Friday November 24- No school- Happy Thanksgiving!
-Monday November 27- Half a day- 12 O'clock dismissal.

5.Graded papers and quizzes that were previously sent home to be signed will be sent home on Tuesday November 22 in their folders. Return the folder back to school empty please.
