Social studies vocabulary words
- natural resources: something found in nation that people use.
- wood: a natural resource that comes from trees.
- inhabitants: people that live in a certain place.
- Native Americans: the first people in America.

Reading vocabulary words
- stared: to look at someone without blinking.
- fellow: a man
- courageous: being brave, being able to do something without being afraid.
- advice: words given to someone on what to do or how to do something the best way.
- prefix: word part added at the beginning of a word, that changes the meaning.
- un: a prefix that means not.
- blink: to close your eyes.
