Monday 12/10
Social studies quiz
Homework: Copy vocabulary words into vocabulary notebook.
-Reading: workbook page 35 , section 2.

Tuesday 12/1


Wednesday 12/12
Mass at 9 am , led by the 4th grade.
Homework:
-social studies: people together book- pg.85 #2 and P.112 thinking about ideas #1 in social studies notebook questions and answers.
- Reading: read Partners and Pals (p.62-63) and answer the following questions in notebook.
1. Why doesn't Doc know what she is going to invent?
2. What does Icky want to know?
- Reading: read Lily's left out (p.64-65) and answer the following questions in notebook.
1. What is Lily's idea?
2. What is Ettabetta's and Cass's idea?
* Tell the number line you found the answer , just like we did in class today. Also write questions and answers.

Thursday 12/13
HW:
Reading: Phonics book pages 181-182- review of plural words. p. 187


Friday 12/14
- Half a day
- Reading quiz- Using text evidence, first  3 vocabulary words only,words with er, ir, and ur.

Social studies vocabulary words
Unit 2 week 4
1. Goods: things that people make or grow.
2. Services: something useful that people do for others.
3. flowchart: a chart that shows the order in which things happen.


Reading vocabulary words
Unit 2 week 4
1. miracle: something marvelous or almost unbelievable that happens.
2. ingredient: :one of the parts of a mixture
3. pollen: : a powder released from plants that is  moved to another plant to help it bloom.
4. pride: the pleasure or satisfaction in something you have done.
5. valuable:useful or helpful.
6. endangered species: : a kind of plant, animal or other living thing that may soon become extinct.
7. predator: : an animal that lives by killing and  eating other animals.
8. migration: the act of going from one region  to another when the seasons change.
9. train:to make someone skillful by teaching and practice.
10. an action done many times to gain skill.
